My partner, Stephanie from Newman's Corner, sent me this Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe. Super simple and so delicious and I love anything that starts with a cake mix!

- 1 box Red Velvet cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup chocolate chipsPreheat oven to 350. Prepare cookie sheet with cooking spray or parchment paper. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and vanilla together. Stir in chocolate tahips. Scoop into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes, until desired doneness, remove from oven, let cool for one minute. Transfer to a wire cookie rack to cool completely.
